Situated at the top of the slope, this parcel gives us, vintage after vintage, charming and supple wines, and aromas which are often fresh and mouth-watering. A wine enjoyed at zinc bars or at the best tables, in the purest tradition of a Bourgueil that knows where it comes from.

Everything is sweetness with this Peu Muleau cuvée 2014. The attack of notes of strawberry jam, undergrowth and spices, a mid-palate without any harshness and menthol freshness at the back of the mouth. All softness and delicacy, the wine carries us all the way through a good meal.
A perfect accompaniment to a lovely roast pork with Vichy carrots.
Everything about this wine is dashing, crunchy, pure and mouth-watering. Nothing pretentious about this Peu Muleau 2015, which we would characterise, other than with the above adjectives, by its belonging undoubtedly to a Ligerian style.

DIPTYQUE’S STYLE IN A FEW WORDS…
From alluvial terraces, a supple and sweet wine, giving soft tannins. A wine to share, a wine of friendship, “A sporty wine”, to be tasted anytime, anywhere. Quite simply a wine to give pleasure.

Straightaway or after a light aeration, its aroma, with notes of black fruits and dried herbs, carries us away. Its airy and velvety mouth, the warmth of the earthy aromas awakes our palate with its fresh tannins.A perfect accompaniment to a festive aperitif, a picnic lunch, or on its own to start the evening.

GALICHETS’ STYLE IN A FEW WORDS…
From terroirs of clay-sand, this wine has an enveloping style, always giving a beautiful fullness and a certain richness. The cuvée Galichets is forever moreish. “Round, Happiness” are its only key words!
ORDER FORM
From the very start, its nose fabulously enraptures the senses and the spirit. From plum to undergrowth, through to a wealth of spicy notes. Smooth and tender in the mouth, the ever-present tannins are completely resolved. Its menthol freshness, all silky and restrained, makes it absolutely delicious. A wine to drink or to sip with a fillet of pork, with rich cream and traditional mustard.
Cabernet Franc enchantment. After a short half hour aeration, a nose which is rich and enveloping. In the mouth, a lot of tenderness and roundness, notes of cherries and black currants, aromas of meat and saltiness. Made for lovers of fine food, smooth and opulently delicate. A perfect pairing with a lovely rib of veal accompanied by mushrooms from the Touraine caves.
Galichets 2015 offers us a sweet nose of red currants, raspberries and spices. In the mouth, the moreish sweetness of ripe fruits ally themselves perfectly with a menthol freshness – some bitterness gives it a long finish. A vivid wine that would go well with Marengo veal.
The nose expresses the fullness of the vintage with notes of roses and spices. A beautiful sensuality, with already soft tannins and a beautiful freshness, a nose to be discovered and a wine that is ready to drink. It goes very well with a Sunday roast chicken with homemade French fries.
NOMS D’OISEAUX’S STYLE IN A FEW WORDS…
From two parcels symbolic of the domain, each situated at the two extremities of the slope overlooking the Loire. “Nom d’Oiseaux” to warn of the urgent need to respect the biodiversity, not just false pretences but through real actions.
Without any doubt it will greatly enhance the most bistro-style of dishes because of its uninhibited approach. Reserved for insiders !

BRETECHE’S STYLE IN A FEW WORDS…
From a magnificent parcel of clay and limestone, Breteche always conveys great energy, character and vivacity. The vines, planted in the early 1990’s, give timeless wines, classic and long keeping and are often a fabulous accompaniment.

A unique bottle to take from the back of the cellar ? Spellbound by peppers, cocoa and leather from the first breath. A velvety touch, a chalky mouth. Menthol allusions ….. what else?
Accompanies perfectly a medallion of veal and a full-bodied morel gravy, mashed potatoes.
An explosion of fruity deliciousness with very pure aromas of cherries, red currants and black currants. Of energy and great pleasure. A chalky and crunchy mouth effectively supported by lovely bitter and smoky notes. A wine that loudly proclaims where it comes from given a few hours in the carafe. A very pleasurable accompaniment to a roast leg of lamb with spices and mashed potatoes.
The authenticity of a “a good glass of Breton” from Bourgueil so dear to Jean Carmet ! This native of Bourgueil would certainly have appreciated its heady red fruits, liquorice, spices and cocoa. The length of the bitterness and menthol freshness prolongs the delicate sweetness of the attack in the mouth. At the same time mouth-watering and alive. Goes well with guinea fowl and cabbage.
